Since then, he has successfully launched a client retention coaching business, and is now in charge of overseeing the success of our growth partner client's businesses. You'll be meeting with Noah weekly and he will be your holistic eyes inside the business as it scales.

Bhargav Vedula, a seasoned entrepreneur, founded Meridian Marketing, LLC, scaling info-product offers across his 500,000 follower instagram network before successfully exiting in 2020. After a brief sabbatical, he launched Scale Beyond, LLC in 2021 which was a cold email outbound marketing agency which helped online digital marketing agencies secure booked and showed up sales appointments with C-Suite executes from companies such as Meta, Google, and Mariott. Transitioning from outbound to paid advertising, he secured a contract with GRIT Capital in the finance and public markets sector. Post-GRIT, Bhargav focused on investor lead generation for public companies through paid social ads, which he has carried over into the high-ticket coaching industry to successfully land qualified high-ticket prospects on coaches calendars.

Jonathan has not only trained and placed hundreds of high-ticket sales reps into 7, 8, and even 9 figure coaching businesses, but he has also run his own $300k+ per month coaching business ON THE SIDE where he has helps convert high performing corporate and enterprise-level sales reps into top-closing high-ticket sales reps. Jonathan not only knows what it takes to sell high-ticket, but knows how to manage the reps who do too with some of his reps coming from notable companies such as top 10 reps at V-Shred and many others. And these are exact caliber of reps who will be selling your high ticket offer while Jonathan is monitoring their performance, reviewing their sales calls/EOD reports for you, and leading them to high revenue months inside your business. Ready to SCALE
This is a requirement of both mindset and capital. We need founders who crave growth, and have the funds to potentially invest $500-1,000 per day in Adspend right out the gate (don't worry, we will be monitoring your ads like a new born baby).
Have a $10k+ High-Ticket Offer (or close)
We have found that in order to successfully scale past $200k(ish) per month, you need to sell an offer with a scalable price point. The reality is, if you offer is under this price (or not close to it), we will not be able to find reps who are willing to sell it due to commissions being too low.
Aren't A**holes
Look, we are really awesome guys. We work well with our clients and want nothing more than for them to succeed. We are very easy to get along with and if we can't seem to jive, then we will not work with you.
Understand we are the Experts
The reality is, if you didn't need us, then you wouldn't be reading this right now. We will always collaborate with you and will ensure everything we do is aligned behind your brand, but this is a (non-equity) partnership. We expect you to trust us in our lane as we trust you to get results for your clients.
Responsive and High-Touch
Working with us doesn't mean you no longer have to run your business. We expect you to keep crushing it for your clients and optimizing your fulfillment for more capacity. With this said, we will also have requests from you at times and expect you to be incredibly timely in your communication as we will be as well.
We charge 20% of front-end revenue for our service, which would be $60k.
Sales commissions would be 15% max (10% for Sales Reps, 5% for Setters), which would be $45k.
At an industry average of a 3X ROAS (which we would consider to be worst case), that would be 33% marketing costs, which would be $99k.
Fulfillment costs usually fall between 15% on average, which would be $45k.
That leaves 17% of revenue to fall into the pocket of the business owner, which would be $51k per month, which is $612,000 per year (before taxes).
This would be with a non-optimized ROAS and high fulfillment costs, and only generating $300k in revenue.
You don't have to. You can easily hire a traditional agency we mentioned above. They would love to take your money.
We prefer to only make money when our clients make money. We find this to be the most aligned compensation model possible since we only get paid when you have cash in hand.
This incentivizes us to prioritize generating the highest quality leads for your business, maximizing our show and close rates, and collecting as much cash as possible on the front end.
You will literally have a team in your corner that is obsessed with generating you as much profit as your business can handle, and you only have to pay them when you make money.

Our service fee differs depending on the agreement that is developed with each client and what their needs are. To answer the question simply, we take a percentage of all front-end revenue since we are generating all of the leads for you, and closing them on your behalf. We usually start at around 20% of all front-end revenue + a $15k integration fee as we will most likely need to come in, rebuild a lot of infrastructure, and train our team on your service. You are also responsible for investing in AdSpend.
Yes. If you don't generate any revenue through ads, we don't make any money. We only work with businesses that we are truly confident in our ability to scale. If we are not confident in our ability to market and sell your service, then we will not extend an offer to work together. It's that simple.
Yes and no. Yes because we write all your copy, build all your funnels, set up attribution, manage all of your ads, manage our in-house sales team, close deals on your behalf, etc... but we need you to show up INSIDE your business to continue serving your team and clients at the highest level. This is not a cash machine. If you are not able to generate your clients results, we will stop working with you immediately.
This type of deal is not for everyone. If you are someone who enjoys managing all of your own ads, writing your own copy or managing a creative team, managing a sales team, hiring and training all of your own appointment setters and sales reps, optimizing your marketing and constantly monitoring marketing and sales data, hiring consultants, and spending high amounts on salaries just to attract decent talent WHILE managing your fulfillment team, clients, hiring CSMs, and doing all of the administrative tasks in your business, then this is not for you. However, if you are someone who doesn't really care how your clients come in and just want to focus on getting them results while still being profitable, let's talk.
(Hopefully forever) but we do require a 3 month minimum as we are installing our infrastructure into your business, taking the time to learn about your offer, and investing loads of time into developing marketing resources. After the first 3 months, the service begins a month-to-month agreement.
